Copyright & DMCA Policy

1. Ownership of MyCoinEdge Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the MyCoinEdge website, design, software, code, interfaces, reports, text, graphics, logos, product names, classifications, documentation, API schemas, widget designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the applicable rights holders.

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contractual, and other intellectual-property laws.

2. Limited Permission to Use the Services

Subject to the Terms of Service and any applicable publisher or API agreement, users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal or expressly authorized business purposes.

Ordinary access does not grant ownership or broad reproduction, redistribution, resale, archival, model-training, or derivative-service rights.

3. Publisher, Webmaster, and User Content

Publishers, webmasters, and users retain ownership of original content they lawfully provide, subject to the limited license necessary to host, process, display, transmit, secure, and operate that content through the Services.

Each person submitting content represents that they own it or have all permissions necessary to use it.

4. Trademarks and Brand Assets

MyCoinEdge, KepAIx, associated logos, product names, service names, slogans, and visual identities are trademarks or protected brand assets of their respective owners.

You may not use a protected mark in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, certification, approval, or endorsement.

5. Prohibited Intellectual-Property Uses

• Copy or republish substantial portions of the website, reports, documentation, APIs, or responses.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, legal, or proprietary notices.
• Mirror, frame, clone, scrape, archive, or create a substitute service from protected materials.
• Reverse engineer or discover source code, models, prompts, weights, formulas, or heuristics.
• Train systems in a manner that reproduces protected platform content or behavior.
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute protected materials outside an authorized agreement.
• Register or use confusingly similar names, domains, marks, logos, or social identities.

6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notices

MyCoinEdge respects copyright rights and may respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. A copyright owner or authorized agent who believes material available through the Services infringes copyright may submit a written notice containing the information described below.

7. Required Information for a Copyright Notice

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its exact URL where possible.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
6. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Incomplete notices may not be processed. MyCoinEdge may request additional information before acting.

8. Counter-Notice Procedure

If material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court and acceptance of service from the original complainant.

Submitting a counter-notice may cause your contact information to be forwarded to the original complainant as permitted or required by law.

9. Repeat-Infringer Policy

MyCoinEdge may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, publisher widgets, integrations, or access associated with repeat or serious infringement. MyCoinEdge may consider the number, timing, credibility, and circumstances of complaints and counter-notices.

10. Misrepresentation and False Claims

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Do not submit a notice unless you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for the owner and have considered whether the disputed use may be lawful.

11. Removal, Restriction, and Restoration

MyCoinEdge may remove, restrict, preserve, or disable access to disputed material while reviewing a complaint. Material may be restored when legally appropriate, including after a valid counter-notice and the expiration of the applicable statutory period without notice of a filed court action.

No removal, restriction, or restoration decision is an admission regarding ownership, infringement, liability, or the merits of a dispute.

12. Non-U.S. Copyright Complaints

A rights holder outside the United States may submit a substantially similar notice identifying the protected work, disputed material, location, authority to act, contact information, and legal basis for the request. MyCoinEdge may evaluate the request under applicable law and platform policies.

13. Protected Parties

Independent publishers and webmasters remain responsible for content they upload, display, market, or distribute through their own websites and integrations.

14. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, technology, business operations, or the Services. The effective date at the top will be revised when changes are made.
