MyCoinEdge is designed to collect only information reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, document, and support the Services. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe; MyCoinEdge does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through MyCoinEdge websites, pages, digital reports, payment-enabled features, interfaces, APIs, embedded widgets, support communications, and other services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third-party websites, Stripe, financial institutions, hosting companies, analytics providers, data providers, AI providers, or other services that do not operate under MyCoinEdge’s direct control.
2. Who May Process Information
Information may be processed by MyCoinEdge and authorized service providers that help host, secure, maintain, support, process payments, supply data, produce requested report features, send email, or otherwise operate the Services.
Authorized recipients may include hosting, database, security, content-delivery, payment, data, AI, email, analytics, customer-support, technical-maintenance, and professional-adviser providers, but only as reasonably necessary for their authorized role or as permitted by law.
Independent providers may also process information under their own privacy policies when they act as separate controllers, such as Stripe when processing payment-card information.
3. Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the Services, information you provide may include:
- contact and member information, such as an email address, display name, account ID, support details, and Stripe customer identifier;
- authentication and security information, such as a password hash, session and authentication-token records, verification status, login times, failed attempts, and hashed or truncated network identifiers;
- purchase information, such as products, credit packs, prices, currency, purchase dates, payment status, refunds, disputes, and Stripe references;
- credit-ledger information, such as credits purchased, issued, used, restored, reversed, adjusted, and the resulting balance;
- report information, such as report type, title, reference, snapshot identity, generation and delivery times, status, credits used, content, and ownership history;
- consent information, such as the policy or disclosure accepted, its version, the action, time, member account, and limited technical evidence used to document agreement;
- communications, support requests, feedback, legal notices, and information included in correspondence;
- report requests, selected products, comparison requests, download activity where recorded, and other instructions submitted through the Services; and
- any other information you voluntarily provide.
Please do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery words, complete payment-card information, government identification, medical information, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure and lawful process. MyCoinEdge will never need these secrets to deliver ordinary Services.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use the Services, servers and authorized service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information, including:
- Internet Protocol address and approximate network-derived location;
- browser type, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and technical settings;
- referring and exit pages, page paths, timestamps, session activity, and feature interactions;
- API endpoint, request method, response status, payment status, request timing, and related operational records;
- security events, failed requests, rate-limit events, suspected abuse, and diagnostic information;
- cookie identifiers or similar limited browser-storage identifiers, where used; and
- information needed to maintain availability, prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, and understand use of the Services.
Technical information may be combined with other information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, secure the Services, respond to support requests, verify transactions, comply with law, or understand how a particular account or integration is functioning.
5. Stripe Payments, Credits, Reports, and Consent
Card checkout is handled by Stripe. MyCoinEdge may receive limited payment information such as Stripe customer, Checkout Session, Payment Intent, invoice, product, price, amount, currency, billing-period, payment-status, refund, and dispute identifiers. MyCoinEdge does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Purchase and credit-ledger records are used to verify payment, prevent duplicate credit issuance, calculate balances, connect credits with purchases and reports, process reversals or refunds, resolve disputes, and maintain tax, accounting, audit, and legal records.
When a member requests a report, MyCoinEdge may record the member, report type, unique snapshot hash or reference, source and report generation times, delivery status, credits used, report content, and related ledger entries. These records allow the same owned snapshot to reopen without another charge and help reverse a deduction if delivery fails.
MyCoinEdge may record affirmative agreements made during registration, purchase, and immediate digital delivery. A consent record may identify the policy or disclosure, version, time, account, action, and limited technical evidence reasonably needed to document the request. Report comparisons and AI-assisted plain-language explanations may use current and prior recorded snapshots.
6. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- provide, operate, host, maintain, and improve the Services;
- process requests, verify Stripe payments, issue credits, maintain balances, and deliver owned digital reports;
- create and administer member accounts, authentication, sessions, report history, and settings;
- document policy consent, immediate-delivery requests, report ownership, refunds, and reversals;
- authenticate users and protect accounts, websites, infrastructure, and transactions;
- detect fraud, spam, scraping, attacks, payment bypass, misuse, and violations of applicable terms;
- respond to support requests, disputes, legal notices, and communications;
- measure performance, diagnose errors, maintain logs, and understand how Services are used;
- maintain financial, tax, accounting, audit, compliance, and business records;
- enforce agreements and protect the rights, safety, property, and integrity of users and authorized parties;
- comply with law, legal process, sanctions, regulatory requirements, and lawful government requests; and
- support a sale, reorganization, licensing arrangement, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.
Information will not be used for materially different purposes without an appropriate notice or other lawful basis when required.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, information may be processed because:
- processing is necessary to provide a requested Service or perform a contract;
- processing is necessary for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service improvement, payment verification, recordkeeping, and business operation;
- processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations;
- you provided consent, which may be withdrawn where applicable; or
- processing is necessary to protect vital interests or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
9. Sale of Personal Information and Targeted Advertising
MyCoinEdge does not currently sell personal information for money and does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
Ordinary disclosures to service providers, payment participants, security providers, professional advisers, and parties involved in a business transfer are not intended as sales of personal information.
If these practices materially change, this Policy will be updated and legally required choices will be provided.
11. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, audit, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Account information may be kept for the life of the account and a reasonable closure period. Purchase, refund, tax, credit-ledger, consent, and report-ownership records may commonly be retained for up to seven years where appropriate or longer when law or an active dispute requires it.
Authentication tokens are generally retained until use or expiration. Security and diagnostic logs are generally retained for a shorter operational period unless needed for an incident, dispute, or legal obligation. Support communications are retained for the time reasonably needed to resolve and document the matter.
Information may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or isolated when no longer needed. Backup copies may remain until overwritten under normal backup cycles. A deletion request may not require deletion of records needed for transactions, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, disputes, or proof of report ownership.
12. Information Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to help protect information. Safeguards may include access controls, password hashing, secure sessions, encrypted transport, CSRF protection, restricted credentials, logging, monitoring, backups, software updates, security headers, rate limiting, and payment-event verification.
No website, transmission, database, or security system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, browser, passwords, and account credentials.
If you believe information or an account has been compromised, stop using the affected credentials and contact MyCoinEdge Support promptly.
13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information held by MyCoinEdge, including:
A request must provide enough information to reasonably verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Additional information may be requested to prevent unauthorized access or deletion. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
Requests may be denied or limited where permitted by law, including when information cannot be reliably linked to the requester, must be retained for payment, security, fraud prevention, report ownership, or legal reasons, concerns another person, or is protected by privilege.
MyCoinEdge will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising applicable privacy rights.
14. U.S. State and Other Regional Privacy Rights
Privacy rights and business obligations vary by jurisdiction and may depend on factors such as residence, business size, revenue, processing volume, and the nature of the information involved.
Where the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or another applicable privacy law applies to MyCoinEdge’s processing, legally required rights, notices, response procedures, appeals, and opt-out mechanisms will be honored. The inclusion of these disclosures does not represent that every privacy law applies to MyCoinEdge in every circumstance.
A person who is dissatisfied with the handling of an eligible privacy request may submit an appeal through the same published contact method and clearly label the communication “Privacy Request Appeal.”
15. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and MyCoinEdge does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Member accounts and purchases are intended only for persons who are at least 18 or the legal age of majority where they live.
If you believe a child provided personal information in violation of this Policy, contact MyCoinEdge so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
16. International Visitors and Data Transfers
MyCoinEdge is operated from the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where authorized service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or depend on Stripe, hosting, email, data, AI, analytics, security, and other independent providers. Those providers may collect information directly, set necessary technologies, and apply their own policies.
MyCoinEdge is not responsible for an independent third party’s privacy, security, content, or legal practices. Review the privacy policy of every payment provider, website, and other service you choose to use.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, technology, security practices, business operations, or the Services. The effective date at the top will be changed when the Policy is revised.
Material changes will be communicated in a reasonably appropriate manner when required by law. Prior versions may not remain publicly available.

Email support@mycoinedge.com with the subject Privacy Request. Include your name, the nature of the request, the relevant member-account email or transaction reference, and a reliable method for reply.
