Purpose

- Spread malware, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, servers, or infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover proprietary algorithms, models, prompts, or source code.
- Bypass x402 payment requirements, rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
- Scrape or mirror the platform beyond authorized API usage.
- Create fake traffic, fake purchases, fake reviews, or manipulate analytics.
- Misrepresent educational market intelligence as financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
- Guarantee profits, investment returns, or trading success.
- Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, sanctions violations, terrorism financing, or illegal commerce.
- Upload or distribute copyrighted material without permission.
- Use another person's wallet, credentials, or account without authorization.
- Interfere with other users or platform availability.
- Use automated systems in ways that degrade service.
Publishers and Developers
Publishers and developers are responsible for their own websites, applications, customer relationships, pricing, taxes, legal compliance, disclosures, and content. They may not imply endorsement by MyCoinEdge, KepAIx, or any affiliated party unless expressly authorized.
Enforcement
MyCoinEdge may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, terminate, block, remove, or report accounts, widgets, APIs, domains, or content whenever reasonably necessary for legal, operational, payment, abuse, or security reasons.
Protected Parties
These protections apply to MyCoinEdge, KepAIx, owners, officers, employees, contractors, publishers, webmasters, affiliates, licensors, technology providers, hosting providers, payment providers, successors, and assigns.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
