Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Incorporated Policies

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of MyCoinEdge concerning access to and use of the website, member area, reports, downloads, software, interfaces, communications, payment features, and other services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

The Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Educational Disclaimer are incorporated by reference. More specific terms shown at registration, purchase, or report delivery control for that action if a direct conflict exists.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only where lawful. To create a member account or purchase report credits, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Member Accounts and Security

Provide accurate account information and protect your password and devices. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Notify support@mycoinedge.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts and credits may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to bypass access controls. MyCoinEdge may require reasonable verification before changing account details, processing privacy requests, or discussing payments.

4. Nature of the Services

MyCoinEdge provides general educational cryptocurrency market information. Features may include free articles, market context, member accounts, report credits, long-form Human ATLAS reports, AI-assisted plain-language explanations, comparisons between recorded snapshots, downloadable files, and report history.

MyCoinEdge does not operate an exchange, brokerage, investment adviser, bank, wallet, custodian, portfolio manager, fund manager, tax adviser, or law firm. It does not execute trades, hold customer investment funds, access exchange accounts, or receive wallet private keys.

5. Educational Information—No Professional Advice

NOTHING PROVIDED THROUGH MYCOINEDGE IS FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, BROKERAGE, TAX, ACCOUNTING, LEGAL, INSURANCE, BETTING, GAMBLING, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

A report, score, direction, regime, confidence value, risk label, comparison, explanation, or automated output is not a personalized recommendation, solicitation, instruction, promise, or guarantee. MyCoinEdge does not tell users to buy, sell, hold, trade, or transfer an asset. You remain responsible for independent research and decisions.

6. Prepaid Report Credits

A report credit is a unit of access to one eligible unique report snapshot. Credits are not money, stored value, digital assets, securities, deposits, or investments. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred between accounts unless MyCoinEdge expressly permits it.

Credit packs are one-time purchases; no monthly membership subscription is required. Purchased credits under the current program do not expire merely because time passes. Promotional or restored credits have no cash-refund value.

7. Prices, Stripe Payments, and Taxes

The number of credits and total price are shown before checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. MyCoinEdge does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Stripe and the member’s financial institution may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

By purchasing, you authorize the displayed one-time charge and confirm that you may use the selected payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes or third-party charges unless the checkout states otherwise.

Credits are issued only after verified payment confirmation. A checkout success page alone does not prove payment or create credits. Payment-provider event records and the MyCoinEdge credit ledger determine issuance status, subject to applicable law.

8. Unique Snapshots and Immediate Digital Delivery

Before a report credit is deducted, you will be shown the cost and asked to expressly request immediate digital delivery. Where applicable, you will also acknowledge the effect of immediate delivery on cancellation or withdrawal rights.

A credit is used only when a unique report snapshot is successfully unlocked and made available in your account. The same member cannot be charged again for the same owned report type and snapshot. Reopening, copying, printing, or downloading that owned snapshot does not consume another credit.

New source snapshots are generated on a schedule and may not be available immediately after a prior pull. The member interface may show the recorded generation time and the next scheduled check. No credit should be deducted merely because no newer snapshot is available.

A downloaded report or PDF is a record of conditions and information at its stated generation time. It does not update after download. “What ATLAS Points To” is an AI-assisted plain-language explanation derived from the same recorded report, not a separate live prediction or advice.

9. Refunds, Failed Delivery, and Charge Problems

The complete Refund and Cancellation Policy governs refunds. In summary, eligible unused purchased credits may be refunded when requested within 14 calendar days. Successfully delivered reports are normally nonrefundable after express immediate delivery consent, except where delivery failed, the report was materially defective or duplicated, it was materially misrepresented, or applicable law requires a remedy.

A failed report request should not permanently consume a credit. If a deduction occurs without successful delivery, MyCoinEdge will seek to restore the credit through a ledger reversal. Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges will be reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. Limited Use of Reports

A purchased report grants the account holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, save, print, and use that report for lawful personal, internal business, research, and educational commentary purposes.

You may not resell access, publish the complete report, remove legal notices, misrepresent its date or source, claim guaranteed outcomes, or use it to provide unlawful or misleading regulated services. Reasonable short quotations or summaries in original educational commentary are allowed when they do not reproduce the report substantially or falsely imply endorsement.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• violate law, sanctions, contracts, or third-party rights;
• commit fraud, deception, theft, harassment, or market manipulation;
• bypass, replay, forge, or manipulate payments, credits, report ownership, rate limits, or security controls;
• probe, attack, overload, scrape, bulk-download, or disrupt systems without written authorization;
• introduce malware or obtain unauthorized access;
• attempt to discover proprietary formulas, weights, prompts, models, heuristics, or internal logic; or
• represent educational information as personalized advice, guaranteed profit, or a certain market outcome.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may depend on hosting, data, AI, payment, analytics, email, security, and other independent providers. Links and integrations do not guarantee or endorse a third party. Third-party services may change, fail, delay data, impose separate terms, or experience security incidents.

13. Accuracy, Market Risk, Confidence, and AI

Cryptocurrency markets can change rapidly. Information may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, unavailable, stale, incorrectly formatted, or affected by source, software, network, provider, model, or human error. Confidence describes apparent evidence strength—not certainty.

Automated and AI-assisted systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or misleading output. Comparisons describe differences between recorded reports; they do not prove causation or predict what will happen next. Verify important information independently.

14. Availability, Changes, and Suspension

MyCoinEdge may maintain, secure, modify, restrict, replace, or discontinue features. Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirements, security risk, or material breach. If the member report service is permanently discontinued, eligible unused purchased credits will be handled under the Refund Policy.

15. Intellectual Property

The Services and their design, software, text, reports, compilations, classifications, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to MyCoinEdge and protected by law. Except for the limited report license above, no ownership or broader license is transferred.

16. Privacy and Electronic Records

The Privacy Policy explains how member, payment, security, consent, credit, and report data is processed. You agree that agreements, disclosures, purchase information, delivery confirmations, and notices may be provided electronically where lawful.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” MYCOINEDGE DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that applicable law does not permit MyCoinEdge to exclude.

18. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYCOINEDGE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for a claim connected with a paid Service will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event or US $10. These limits do not apply where prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold MyCoinEdge and the parties listed above harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, fraud, or content and representations you publish.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

Before filing a claim, send a detailed written notice to support@mycoinedge.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt at informal resolution, unless urgent relief or applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where non-waivable law applies. Subject to legally protected consumer rights, court matters must be brought in the state or federal courts serving the Florida county where the MyCoinEdge operator has its principal place of business.

20. Changes and General Terms

MyCoinEdge may update these Terms for changes in law, technology, security, products, or operations. The effective date and version will change. Material changes will be communicated where required, and renewed affirmative consent will be obtained when legally necessary.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement on their subject matter.
